Shipping & returns

Ramona&Co will accept returns in the form of the same payment within 10 days of the original date of purchase.  Items must be unworn, tags attached and in original packaging.  Any damaged or worn items will not be accepted.    

Due to the nature of inventory with Ramona&Co we will do our best to perform exchanges.  If you need a different size or color, please contact the store within 5 days of receiving the item and we will do an exchange on non-sale items.  Exchanges must be returned to the store within 10 days of original purchase.  Items must be unworn, tags attached and original packaging.  Any damaged or worn items will not be exchanged.
